Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Reintegral ("we" or "our") is committed to protecting the operational privacy and security of our global advisory clients. This Privacy Policy outlines our data management and collection protocols.
1. Information Collection Categories
We restrict the collection of personal data to the absolute minimum parameters required to facilitate executive consultation. We collect:
- Identification Data: Pseudonymous identifiers, communication handles, and digital communication parameters.
- Contact Information: Electronic mail addresses provided voluntarily for session synchronization.
- On-Chain Financial Data: Public decentralized blockchain wallet addresses utilized for invoicing.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
All collected information is processed strictly for the following operational milestones:
- Coordinating and executing private executive coaching sessions.
- Providing secure digital communication updates and diagnostic materials.
- Reconciling decentralized ledger entries for internal corporate accounting.
We do not engage in behavioral user tracking, data-broker network monetization, or commercial third-party marketing distribution.
3. Regarding Crypto Payments and Erasure Exemptions
While Reintegral honors statutory data erasure protocols under applicable privacy frameworks, the user explicitly acknowledges that decentralized financial ledger transactions are executed natively across public, immutable blockchain architectures.
If you execute a digital asset payment, you recognize that your public wallet address and underlying cryptographic transfer hash are written permanently to a distributed network ledger.
Reintegral holds no operational capability to alter, obscure, or delete on-chain historical data. Consequently, all on-chain historical ledger assets are exempt from data erasure configurations.
